The inspection reports are immediatly scrutinised, assessed and assigned to Service engineers from the backoffice HELPDESK AND TICKETING webdashboard. The operational pulse can also be viewed using android APP for admin. Service engineers gets daily tasks and alerts on his/ her smartphone handset for immediate response and closure of issues.

FacilityClouds backoffice Webbased Dashboard helps administrators to monitor and manage, vital operational parameters, required for smooth operations of the business entity.It helps track field and service engineers every minute over a map. It gives the 360 degree overview of the Tickets and current status of the issues.Webdashboard helps in getting a visibility till lastmile, gets an early warning of faults and helps in prompt response and mitigations of the issues.

FacilityCloud's WebConsole gives a live minute to minute update of ATM inspections being carried out by the Field engineers thus helping admin to arrest issues with shortest possible time and mitigating the risk of overshooting of SLA

FD ENGINEERS WEBCONSOLE

FacilityCloud's Field Engineer uses Android APP to give a live update of the inspection's reports being carried out. These Reports are visible immediatly at backoffice webconsole where in admin can monitor the issues and esclate or assign it to the service engineers to address the issue to closure. Admin has facilities to monitor and track the location of the field engineers. Admin has a facility to initiate a live chat with field engineers from the webconsole

ISSUE TRACKING AND SUPPORT TICKETS

FacilityCloud's Helpdesk and ticket tracking module monitors and manages issues raised through field engineer inspection report from womb to tomb. Admin can monitor these issues seperatly and update manually or these issue status gets updated automatically based on the issue status data being updated from service engineer attending the problem. Thus with immediate flow of info regarding the issues, one can mitigate the risk facility outages, improving the overall operational efficiency

WAREHOUSE AND INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

PRIVATE CHAT

FacilityClouds has an integrated chat system where in all the app users and backoffice webconsole users can chat or share data immediatly and effectively. The FD engineers and service engineer app has in-built chat facility where in, one can chat with text messages, unlimited free messages, share images of the incident with location, send location.

ADMIN APP

FacilityCloud's admin has a facility to monitor and manage the facility from remote or on the move using Android Admin App. Admin has 24x7 visibility into various support issues/tickets raised by the FD engineers and current status of the issue being looked after by the service engineers.

FD ENGINEER APP

FacilityCloud's FD engineers carryout the inspections of the atms and update the status on their tab / smartphone by filling the customised forms. The data is relayed immediately to back office for timely action thus mitigating risks of failure, thus improving the customer relationship and sustainance of business.

SERVICE ENGINEER APP

FacilityClouds Service engineers gets the alert on the move regarding newly assigned tickets for closure. Service engineers can read the service tasks assigned to them in detail, and can update the status of the work and seek help too. Service engineers also a facility to check the availability of spare parts from local inventory.

Reports and analytics

FacilityCLOUD has comprehensive reporting system based on various analytics. one can export the reports into various file formats like PDF, EXCEL etc and also take printouts.
